The Village of Aspen North

Located just outside New Market, Maryland, Aspen North is one of the villages which are designed around a series of lakes, the largest being Lake Linganore, the largest privately owned lake in Maryland. Originally envisioned in 1968 as a "new town", the collective villages are called The Villages of Eaglehead. Eaglehead was the county's first planned unit development (PUD).

Aspen North is currently under construction.
