This project is located at the mouth of the Occoquan River between Fairfax and Prince William counties, Virginia and adjacent to the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge. This scenic waterfront community boasts natural beauty and proximity to the Washington DC region. CBM is creating concept plans for this redevelopment project for single family and multifamily units.
