Birdseye Bowers property was envisioned as a small community nestled in the Western side of The City of Frederick.  Single family homes are placed on a gentle winding road on Bowers Road. Dew Drop Lane, and Early Bird Lane, the two roads proposed on the project, will be 22’ wide with bio-facilities adjacent to the road and sidewalk.  Large areas of existing forest will be preserved on- site, with the existing residential home being incorporated into the plan.
