This upcoming single-family neighborhood was envisioned as a small community nestled in the western side of Frederick. Residents of Birdseye / Bowers will be connected together by three new roads, Early Bird Lane, Dew Drop Lane, and Bowers Park Road, with the last two connecting to Bowers Road. Large areas of existing forest will be preserved on-site, with the existing residential home being incorporated into the plan.
