Located 7 miles from downtown Denver, this was a featured Community in “A Vision of Home:  Denver's Signature Apartment Tour & Contest 2009”. This community encompasses six unique villages including the Lighthouse neighborhood comprising of for sale single-family dwellings, each with its own architectural style and clubhouse. Resort-like amenities include a scenic 60-acre lake and marina with surrounding jogging path, a 26,000 sq. ft. recreation center, an athletic club, and a café. Unique design features are based on nautical themes from well-known waterfront communities.
