Preserving and Enhancing Nature

Located in southeast Denver, this carefully planned community is set amidst a unique 2.5 acre prairie wetland.  Every effort has been made to preserve and enhance this rich natural habitat of ponds and waterways, grasses, native flowers, birds, and butterflies.  The wetland theme was carried throughout the project by the use of ornamental grasses, multi-stemed trees, signage, and planting beds, which mimic the prairie wetlands.  The wetlands were dedicated to the City of Englewood following the completion of the project.  Bridgwater demonstrates a special care of the environment.
