Calumet

New Market, MD

Calumet is comprised of 262 acres recently approved for annexation into the historic Town of New Market in Frederick County, Maryland. The project includes 925 units and the master-planned upgrade to the transportation network, the New Market Bypass. The project was planned to preserve the environmental features to a create linear park system and wildlife corridors.

Services provided by CBM include annexation, rezoning, master planning and establishing the Planned Development District Overlay zone. CBM Consulting LLC also created the lot coding booklet for builders and the architectural design guidelines standards. CBM is also currently working on the engineering of the New Market Bypass.
