Jefferson Technology Park is a large mixed use project along the urban fringe of The City of Frederick.  This project is comprised of 825 residential dwellings, recreational uses, live work units, and commercial uses.  Located at the confluence of Interstates 70 and 270 and US Rte. 15/340, this project is one of the prime gateways into the City of Frederick.  Project responsibilities have included master planning, infrastructure planning, engineering, regulatory plan approvals, obtaining TIFF funding, and construction administration.
