LOUYAA Athletic Park

Linganore Oakdale Urbana Youth Athletic Association (LOUYAA) Athletic Complex is a 35-acre regional athletic complex located in New Market’s 100-acre Woods Park. This project included master planning and engineering for the complex through coordination with the youth organization, the Town of New Market and the developer of the adjacent subdivision. In addition to the master planning, the design of the complex included detailed construction drawings for stormwater management and sediment control as well as cost estimation and budgetary evaluation.
