Manor at Holly Hills

This large, estate lot community was designed to maximize views across Frederick County, MD. The existing historic manor house, built in the 1800s, was preserved and the logo of the community was inspired by an original ornamental fixture of the house.

The Manor at Holly Hills was voted the best in Frederick County in 2013 by the Frederick County Building Industry Association.

Services provided include planning, landscape architecture, design guidelines, engineering, and construction administration.
