Design with Nature

New Haven is an infill residential community located in Hagerstown, MD.   This project will provide overall pedestrian and vehicular connectivity to the surrounding three neighborhoods in Hagerstown, an important infrastucture improvement.  Environmental design was incorporated into the land plan to preserve the wetlands and preserve them as an amenity with generous setbacks. Homes were sited to have pastoral views fronting the preserved features. Services included Master Planning, regulatory approvals, community themeing design, community design guidelines, and assisting the client with marketing for potential builders.
