The landscaping treatment and amenity features within the Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino, Commercial and Business District reinforce a lush, desert theme incorporating “oasis” tropical focal and plant material indigenous to the Las Vegas region where possible and appropriate to create a high level of finish.  Landscape treatment provides rich contrast in texture and dark green color to architectural elements reflective of the Spanish Revival style within the district.  Large informal plant beds and specimen plants in decorative pots and planters accent key architectural features and pedestrian corridors, as well as provide a lush level of detail for the gathering spaces and recreational activity areas.
