Spring Bank is an urban infill project planned with respect to the historic manor and carriage house, while integrating a 2 acre commercial and office facility with new residential dwellings.  The elegant and well preserved manor house was built in 1880 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  Located on the north edge of City of Frederick this project will become one of the gateway projects along US Rte. 15.  Services include master planning and conceptual landscaping architecture for the overall community.
