Spring Hollow
Spring Hollow, located in the town of Woodstock in the county seat of Shenandoah County, Virginia, is steeped in Revolutionary and Civil War history and natural beauty. The project was thoughtfully planned to harmonize with the natural beauty, history, and ecological character of its surroundings while introducing a community that feels timeless and connected. The design organizes the neighborhood into welcoming enclaves nestled among the property’s rolling meadows and mature woodlands. Homes are carefully sited to preserve open vistas and employ compact lot layouts, allowing expansive greenways, woodlands, and natural corridors to remain the focal point of the landscape.
A network of pedestrian-friendly pathways weaves throughout the community, with each enclave connected either by paved trails or natural surface paths. Pocket parks, commons, and formal greens are dispersed across the development, offering informal gathering spots and opportunities for outdoor enjoyment. Together, these features create a place where residents can enjoy an active lifestyle, connect with neighbors, and appreciate the natural setting year-round.
