Winner of the 2018 Excellence in Community Design award from the Maryland Building Industry Association Land Development Council.

Tallyn Ridge is a residential community located along the Monocacy Park Regional Park system and a neighbor to Pinecliff Park.  Green corridors are incorporated throughout the neighborhood to provide pedestrian connectivity to the Pinecliff Park and existing nature trails.  The project consists of 441 signal family and townhouse dwellings with a recreational pool, play areas, and integrated community greens.  The community was designed to enhance the mountain views along the main corridors, preserve the farm pond, and 52 specimen trees.  The site plan incorporated environmental site design, stormwater management facilities, two wetland enhancements, stream restoration, and over 41 acres of forest.  Services included rezoning, planning, landscape architecture, engineering, regulatory approvals, and construction administration.
