Infill redevelopment project in New Market, MD with Preliminary Plan approval. The Project will incorporate a mixed-use design consisting of the re-adaptive uses of the existing residential dwelling and recycling of Lawson’s retail building area facing Main Street.

CBM Consulting, LLC is assisting with as-builts and re-approvals of  improvement plans.

Located in the Town of New Market, this infill project creates a front door along East Main Street with its neo-traditional homes. The project is a natural extension of Brinkley Manor and finishes the eastern pedestrian sidewalk along East Main Street.

CBM Consulting, LLC was selected through an RFP process to assist the City of Brunswick with their TOD overlay small area plan. The Small Area Plan was adopted in May, 2019.
