Infill redevelopment project in New Market, MD with Preliminary Plan approval. The project will incorporate a mixed-use design consisting of the re-adaptive uses of the existing residential dwelling and recycling of Lawson’s retail building area facing West Main Street.

Located in the historic Town of New Market, this infill project creates a front door along East Main Street with its neo-traditional homes. The project is a natural extension of Brinkley Manor and finishes the eastern pedestrian sidewalk along East Main Street.
