Calumet is a 262-acre development comprised of 925 units and the master-planned upgrade to the transportation network, the New Market Bypass. The project was planned to preserve the environmental features to a create linear park system and wildlife corridors.

Star-Spangled Plaza is a dignified space for remembrance and reflection located at the entrance to Mount Olivet Cemetery. The plaza’s name refers to the cemetery's prominent status as the final resting place of Francis Scott Key, the author of "The Star-Spangled Banner."
West Main Street
Infill redevelopment project in New Market, MD with Preliminary Plan approval. The project will incorporate a mixed-use design consisting of the re-adaptive uses of the existing residential dwelling and recycling of Lawson’s retail building area facing West Main Street.
